First of all, I was not a real big country music fan until I came across your station one night and Matthew James was on-air. He has such an amazing personality. He made me absolutely fall in love with your station. Not only is he amazing at his job, but his clean, family orientated manner, is also a plus--very professional. Plus you can tell he actually cares about the listeners. So I wanted to say that Mathew James is a great asset to your station.

Howdy Ya'll: I just wanted to say I have listened to WXBQ for years! I am an ICU nurse. Listening to this station gives me a break from reality. I feel energized and motivated when I get to work, and stress free when I return home. The music choice is always awesome!!!!(as the younger generation say). I am 31 with a 3 year old daughter whom already loves listening to you all. Country music is the best and it gets better by being played on 96.9 WXBQ.

WXBQ is wonderful. My family loves your station. Our son is gonna be 2 on Aug 6th , and he just dances and yells and laughs to this music.... we listen to it every day and all day if we are outside working, playing or swimming... and expecially on the boat and in the car.... LOVE YOU ALL

I listen to your station coming to work (6:45 - 7:30) and going home at night (5:00 - 6:15) every weekday, also anytime I'm in the car, your station is on. I love the music and the attitudes / beliefs that's portrayed by your announcers. This is the greatest country in the universe and you make it that way. Keep it up!

I just wanted to say that 96.9 WXBQ is the most amazing station ever. I love country music. When I'm cleaning or driving to work, I jam the radio as loud as it will go and sing. I dance with my son to. Thank you all sooo much for all of the memories listening to your music.
